Max Margheri is an Milan-based fashion photographer who has seen pay-days from Italian Vogue and the like. The 31-year-old was born in Italy but grew up in the USA until he was 12.
He approached levelmag.com saying he loves to “collaborate w/ magazine no conventional” with an offer of doing a photo shoot, and being intrigued, I agreed. The results are above. It’s high fashion like Level has never seen before… but an agreement is an agreement… and I like a gorgeous model as much as the next chap.
How did you start shooting?
In 1999 I was working as model in Milan for international brand. My passion began as criticism for the shots that himself performed (as model, from other part of camera).
Thoughts on the state of fashion photography?
Well… my mainly area is fashion photography. That’s my vision. From all of over the world we have an infinity of photographer so we have to specialised in something special to over the top. Passion and perseverance that is a perfect binomial.
Ideal shoot would be…?
I love collaborate with dynamic and independent magazine. So Level it’s perfect in my humble opinion.
My desire…? Performed one set with Barack Hussein Obama.
